The 3D version completely changes the way you approach Mahjong compared to the 2D version. In the traditional version, all tiles are on a flat surface. You can scan almost the entire board with just a glance. But in the 3D version, everything is curved in space, tiles are stacked, hidden behind, or obscured from unexpected angles.
This creates a difference in this version; you no longer see them at a glance, but must actively rotate to find them. Information isn't displayed all at once, forcing you to memorize it. A tile that seems non-existent will appear when you change your viewing angle.
